FAQs
How do I find out what my art needs?
Contact us anytime by telephone or email and we will be happy to talk you through our evaluation process.
If you’d like us to send an estimate for repairs, we will need to see the piece. You can email us some clear photos of the front, back, and other affected areas—please include approximate dimensions. This will help us to give you a preliminary estimate.
Ideally, we’d like to evaluate the needs of your art in person, assessing the conditions of its natural environment plays a role—we can come to you, pick up, or make an appointment for us view the art in our studio together.
Once we have examined the work, we will send you a detailed report with recommendations for treatment.
We are happy to work within your budget and are competitive with our rates, just ask us!
Can you reinstall my work when it is complete?
Absolutely, we are delighted to complete the process and bring it full circle.
We will return your work to you and professionally install it.
Can insurance cover the cost of the repairs?
If your artwork is insured, we may be able to work with your insurer, and are happy to provide them with a quote for a treatment plan. Many policies will cover repairs to damages from minor to major: flood, smoke damage, etc.
Additionally, we also carry our own insurance policy.
You can rest assured, as every aspect of what we do to your art is reversible. We take great pride in our work and will do everything possible to provide you with a wonderful experience.

We work with individuals and institutions for their sculpture cleaning needs.

Every piece has individualized needs, based on how and when it was created, the environment in which it is kept, & how it is displayed. After you choose your treatment plan, we will provide you with an approximate timeline. We work carefully with your piece in order to ensure its pristine condition. The timing of this process can vary. Please let us know if you have specific timing requirements.
